Where are you located?

We are located at 819 SE Morrison St, Ste 120, Portland 97214 in the Everest Building, directly across the street from Grand Central Bowling Ally, and we are serviced by Trimet bus #15.

Do you bill insurance?

We will gladly bill insurance for your care, for in-network or out-of-network plans. Coverage for physical therapy and chiropractic is dependent upon the type of plan. We are more than happy to call your insurance for you to determine what type of coverage you have. We are preferred providers (in-network) for the following insurance companies:
