Schedule Now!Elsa graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota with Bachelors Degree’s in Biology and Women’s Studies in 2004. In 2010, she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon.
Elsa has diverse clinical experience in Pilates rehabilitation, chronic pain management, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and a myriad of manual therapy techniques. While she enjoys working with patients of all ages and diagnoses, she has a specific passion for sports rehabilitation and women's heath concerns. She has participated in an intensive mentorship/training program with Christina Goodwill with an emphasis in Myofascial release and CranioSacral therapy techniques. She is also currently pursuing advanced training in Pilates Rehabilitation and CranioSacral series.
Elsa is an active individual herself and enjoys playing volleyball and soccer, documentary photography, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest. She speaks Spanish and Italian and has studied in many countries including Ecuador, Turkey, Egypt, India, Thailand, China, and Italy. She also enjoys being a positive active roll model for local youth through such programs as Hands on Greater Portland and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
