Chris was introduced to the field of Physical Therapy at an early age, after undergoing ligamentous reconstructive surgery on both knees after gymnastic injuries. Being fascinated with the body’s capability for healing, she decided to pursue Physical Therapy as a career. After graduating from the University of Colorado with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology in 1993, she completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree at Regis University in 1996.

Dr. Noah Goodwill

Chris worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings in Colorado, Washington, and Oregon before co-founding Eastside Wellness Center with Dr. Noah Goodwill in 2005.

Chris utilizes Butler’s Neural Mobilization, Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, osteopathic muscle energy application, Maitland joint mobilization, Barnes Myofascial Release, and Barral’s Visceral Manipulation techniques to treat ALL layers/structures within the body that, if restricted, can lead to pain, tightness, and a reduced quality of life. She believes that once the erroneous firing patterns within the nervous system are interrupted, then the body can maintain proper alignment during activities of daily living.

Chris is well versed in Pilates and Yoga based rehabilitation, as well as strength and plyometric training. She treats a variety of recreational to high level competitive athletes, triathletes to golfers, for injury rehabilitation through performance enhancement training.

Like her business partner and husband, Chris has also maintained a healthy lifestyle. She practices Pilates, Yoga, and enjoys hiking and biking with her two amazing kids.
